Partnering with over 3,000 international brands, our tech-focused mindset and strong commitment to sustainability drives a truly unique experience for our members.With almost 100 years of experience behind us, and a major tech transformation ahead, BestSecret is scaling at pace to become one of Europe's most exciting ecommerce players.We are proud to have a diverse team of over 1,700 employees from over 80 countries and are committed to further building out our international team with the very best talent based at our various hubs across Europe.Manager Marketplace Operations (m / f / d)Location : Munich, Germany; Berlin, Germany; remote, Germany; remote, SpainYour responsibilitiesOperational Ownership : Take ownership of key operational tasks within the BestSecret Marketplace, ensuring efficient and seamless execution.Proactively identify opportunities to enhance operational processes and implement improvements.Marketplace Proposition Enhancement : Collaborate with internal teams to support the continuous refinement of our marketplace proposition and processes.Contribute insights and suggestions to optimize the value proposition for brand partners and customers.Brand Onboarding and Support : Work closely with the supply team to facilitate technical onboarding of brand partners onto the marketplace.Provide consultative guidance to brands to drive collaborative business growth through effective marketplace utilization.Process Development and Refinement : Develop and refine marketplace processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Tech, BI, Legal, Finance, Buying, Content Creation, and Logistics to identify and prioritize improvements.Enhancing Partner Experience : Collaborate with internal teams to define additional services that enhance the overall partner experience on the marketplace.KPI Management and Reporting : Manage and monitor business and operational KPIs. Develop reporting routines and dashboards to provide insights to internal and external stakeholders.Present findings and insights effectively to drive informed decision-making.Contractual Support : Assist brand partners with any questions or inquiries related to the contractual aspects of their engagement with the marketplace.Strategic Planning : Participate in strategic planning sessions to align operational initiatives with the overall marketplace strategy.Contribute insights and recommendations to support the development of long-term goals and objectives.Continuous Platform Improvements : Actively contribute to the ongoing enhancements and upgrades of the marketplace platform.Identify areas for continuous improvement and collaborate with relevant teams to implement changes.Your QualificationAt least 5 years of relevant work experience in selling on and / or building and / or operating e-commerce marketplaces
