Resumen

Seguimos creciendo y buscamos incorporar a nuestro equipo a una persona que quiera conocer tres de los departamentos de nuestro hotel desde una perspectiva de 360º.

Durante tus prácticas con nosotros, aprenderás de tres experiências diferentes a través del apoyo a los equipos de PBX (Telefonista), Guest Experience y Recepción.

Entre tus funciones generales estarán las siguientes:

- Participarás en las funciones de check in y check out de los huéspedes, manteniendo la información de registro correctamente en Ópera.
- Serás una fuente de información para los huéspedes sobre diversos temas como asesoramiento de planes para hacer en la ciudad, recomendaciones de restaurantes o medios de transporte. Eso requerirá que estés al tanto de nuevas tendencias de ocio y cultura en Madrid.
- Satisfascerás las peticiones del huésped, aportando soluciones anticipadas, únicas y personales.
- Atenderás peticiones recibidas al teléfono y/o correo electrónico, entre otras sobre la estancia, reservas o de partner externos que quieran contactar con algún departamento del hotel.
- Por último pero no menos importante, deberás mostrar empatía e iniciativa en relación a las necesidades de los clientes.

Calificaciones
- El horario de las prácticas será de mañana o tarde, en turnos rotativos Lunes a Domingos, con dos días de libranza.
- Nuestro huésped habitual es internacional, por lo que un nível de inglés avanzado es imprescindible (se valorará en entrevista).Si has tenido una experiência internacional (tipo Erasmus) es un plus.
- Valoramos la capacidad de trabajo en equipo y las ganas de aprender. Si además eres una persona atenta a los detalles y proactiva ante los imprevistos, lo valoraremos positivamente.
- Por último y no menos importante, buscamos a una persona con ilusión y que le guste viajar y nuestro sector. Es la única forma de ser el perfecto embajador Thompson.
