What you will do:Support the Payroll Manager amp; Team with the accurate and timely payroll processing for 1000 employees mostly in Spain but also supporting Germany UK and US partnering with multiple payroll vendors stakeholders and internal teamsWork sidebyside with the People Team to assist with employee changes impacting payroll crosscheck data and followup on missing details and provide training on specific compliance and labour relations topics during the implementation or development of new and existing processesAssist with the monthly data inputs payroll reconciliations data verification payments and adhoc statutory processes in line with the timelines of each country having full ownership of designated tasks in the payroll process and reconciliation and completing 4eye checksCreate and broadcast employee communications and assist with the organisation and maintenance of payroll related information on the Employee Portal and the advancement and documentation of internal Payroll processesAssist employees with payroll amp; labour inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner in collaboration with payroll providers and internal teamsDesign and implement payroll compliance procedures and processes requiring involvement from the People Team and payroll providersFuctional Subject Matter expert in Spanish payroll labour related topics and compliance Responsible for the performance of AuditINE related tasks and requirements in collaboration with the relevant TeamsOwn the payroll related tasks that form part of the Leavers process Spain including the gathering of payment information crossdepartmental collaboration amp; alignment and verification of the settlement paymentTo support the Payroll Team and provide full backup for the Payroll Manager with the daytoday tasks related to the smooth running of payroll in multiple countries with a focus on HRComplianceAudit tasks whilst helping to ensure that employees receive 7 service from their Payroll Team What you need:Fluent level of English and Spanish written and spokenRegulatory payroll knowledge amp; proficiency in Microsoft ExcelPayroll Accounting experience with NetSuite andor Payroll Accounting highly favourablePrior experience working with payrolls and payroll providers in various countriesBachelors Degree is a must and 2 year experience in financepayroll rolesnbsp;Knowledge of Spanish and International Labour laws is advantageous must have the ability to learn quickly and grasp new payrollfinancial concepts easily Criticalanalytical thinkerStrong interpersonal skills; excellent team player as well as an innovative and enthusiastic individual looking to make an impactMeticulous and accurate with excellent attention to detailExcellent communication skills in both written and spoken EnglishGrowth mindset adapt to the dynamic nature of a fastpaced business assist with scalable solutions as we navigate projects across the Controllership team to grow the business and improve our processesTech aware active interest in technology and automation we constantly strive to improve and automate our policies so that we operate at a world class levelnbsp; nbsp; nbsp; Our Benefits Competitive compensation including equity in the company; Generous vacation days so you can rest and recharge; Health perks such as private healthcare or gym allowance depending on location; Flexible compensation plan to help you diversify and increase the net salary; Unforgettable TravelPerk events including travel to one of our hubs; A mental health support tool for your wellbeing; Exponential growth opportunities; VolunteerPerk We offer 16 paid hours per year that you can use to give back to society by volunteering for a charity of your choice Work from anywhere in the world allowance of 20 working days per yearnbsp;
