.People Readiness, Change Management Specialist, EMEAConnect PPG S/4 TransformationConnect PPG S/4 Global Transformation is about the power of people, process and technology coming together—One PPG, the whole being greater than the sum of the individual parts. The People Readiness team is focused on the people part of the business transformation. Defining and gaining buy-in on what's in it for us as an organization knowing that when the organization wins, all the people in the organization win. Preparing and supporting our people to understand how they will be impacted and be able to do their jobs at go live as we journey to achieve process standardization globally. The People Readiness team will assess the needs of PPG's people—Business Stakeholders, End Users, Customers & Suppliers and the Connect PPG Function—to design and deploy plans to engage them at the right time with the right efforts to ensure alignment and readiness.As a Change Management Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the people-centric aspects of organizational transformation and change initiatives. You will work closely with the People Readiness Leadership team and key stakeholders across the organization to ensure that the people within the organization are engaged, empowered, and equipped to thrive in the future state.The Change Management Specialist you will be responsible for supporting the strategy and supporting initiatives by applying change management methodologies, communication planning, and organizational readiness support to PPG's S/4 Transformation. In addition, you will have responsibility for supporting creation of the training strategy, plan and execution for readiness scope within the program. You will be responsible for supporting Connect PPG execution of change management activities to foster strong relationships between the Connect PPG organization and its stakeholders. This role requires stakeholder partnership and collaboration abilities.Change Management Specialists are seen as an individual contributor within their team. They are competent at managing their time, have interpersonal and collaboration skills. They do not manage other individuals but are expected to be self-directed. The decisions they make could impact their immediate team/specific area of support but could also impact the larger team. As an individual contributor they are considered a member of a group or team and expected to deliver consistent results with less direction and supervision. They will work on larger, more complex tasks which most likely will involve collaboration with a larger group. Their contribution is measured by their ability to complete the work assigned to them, as well as, the success of team. They are expected to have skills to assist entry level team members to facilitate personal and technical growth. The impact of their contribution is to the efforts they are involved with could impact themselves or their immediate team
