CHANGE MANAGEMENT LEAD

Responsibilities:

Design change strategies for digital transformation initiatives.Grasp the needs and preferences of various stakeholders.Formulate plans to ensure a smooth transition and successful adoption.Offer training and support to employees.Tackle resistance to change.Maintain effective communication throughout the process.Define timings (depending on the speed, the resilience,...).Standardize the processes of the various company acquisitions.Work closely with the providers.Implement the new strategy first in EMEA and then globally.Requirements: Technical Transformational profile, with relevant experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) for digital transformation projects.Proficiency in change management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., APMG, ADKAR, or PROSCI).Proven track record of developing and implementing OCM strategies and plans, focusing on stakeholder management, establishing change networks and governance, effective communication, training, and evaluating the success of change initiatives.Previous experience working in an industrial context, or in different consulting firms but worked in Change Management projects for industrial companies.Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent influence skills.Strong training and facilitation abilities.Fluency in English.
