This role is a key member of the Program Management Office (PMO) in Oncology R&D. The role will also be accountable to develop and implement change management strategies for one or multiple ongoing initiatives within the organization. Works closely with the R&D Change Management Community team to ensure alignment of change activities across a portfolio of projects. Reports to the Change Management Lead.Leads change projects on-time, on-budget and in adherence with quality and compliance standards. The role has responsibility for people (indirect and potentially direct in the future) and shaping change programme solutions. Acts as a liaison between the programme and business stakeholders to ensure business change requirements are effectively translated into solutions and benefits are understood. Will support change programme transitions to business-as-usual services.
