Your role at DynatraceThe Dynatrace People & Culture Business Partner is critical in supporting organizational leaders to develop People & Culture strategies that integrate with and support business goals.
As an EMEA Business Partner, you will coach leaders on building effective teams and addressing employee matters.
Provide consultation and advice on procedures, policy and organizational design, talent development, workforce planning, succession management, compensation, performance management, etc.
Serve as the client face of People & Culture acting as an interface and liaison to other People & Culture groups.
ResponsibilitiesServe as primary point of contact to leaders in EMEA region resolving talent issues, increasing engagement and retention.Partner with senior P&C business partners on employee enablement projects such as mentoring and career planning.Provide professional advisory support to employees in all aspects of benefits, maternity leave, parental leave, sickness absence, and annual leave.Assist in the on-boarding and off-boarding processes and conduct exit interviews.Improve work relationships, build morale, and plan and execute key P&C initiatives that enhance the employee experience and contribute to building our vibrant culture.Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees; advise staff on compliance with local regulations and identify and remediate risks.Advise leaders on performance matters, addressing performance issues, coaching on disciplinary action and performance improvement processes.Support leaders with understanding of Dynatrace policy and procedure to ensure a compliant workforce.Successfully partner with People Operations, COEs, and other P&C colleagues to create a unified HR support network across the entire employee lifecycle.Provide exemplary client service by anticipating and delivering solutions for our leaders, identifying areas of opportunity, creating plans of action, and being responsive to business needs.Create reports and prepare and present relevant metrics and insights to drive awareness and decision-making.What will help you succeedBuild strong cross-functional business partnerships and become a trusted advocate.Great interpersonal skills; customer-service oriented.Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).Strong attention to detail.Able to advise on regional/country-specific compliance requirements; maintain expertise in local processes; provide regional considerations for global HR programs.Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to a high standard of professional conduct.Highly organized; exceptional time management; ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.Solid problem-solving skills.Team-oriented approach with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Why you will love being a DynatracerDynatrace is a leader in unified observability and security.We provide a culture of excellence with competitive compensation packages designed to recognize and reward performance.Our employees work with the largest cloud providers, including AWS, Microsoft, and Google Cloud, and other leading partners worldwide to create strategic alliances.The Dynatrace platform uses cutting-edge technologies, including our own Davis hypermodal AI, to help our customers modernize and automate cloud operations, deliver software faster and more securely, and enable flawless digital experiences.Over 50% of the Fortune 100 companies are current customers of Dynatrace.
