Diesel is a truly worldwide organization, present in more than 80 countries with 5,000 points of sale, including more than 400 company-owned stores.For our Concession in ECI Catalunya, we're looking for a motivated temporary Client Advisor (30H).You fit with this position if you're:Caring, authentic, passionate trusted client advisor: an intuitive sales associate with a passion for style.A powerful communicator, handling clients with personal care and empathy and putting the client at the center of every decision.Courageous with ideas and innovative in your approach, always ready to grow and learn.Key ResponsibilitiesAct and think first of the client and their experience, with an in-depth knowledge of the desires, needs, and expectations of clients.Welcome and assist each client, providing an excellent in-store experience at all times.Be a master at storytelling and at the art of asking engaging questions.Create a long-term authentic bond with clients by making them feel the experience is truly about them.Deal effectively with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor, driving individual and team objectives and being accountable for sales results.Be proactively engaged in cross-selling with all departments and maximize sales opportunities to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.Prove brand and product knowledge.Manage payment operations including returns, refunds, remote sales, and tax-free in a punctual and accurate manner.Ensure and maintain the shop floor and visual display high standards, complying with company operational guidelines and stock procedures.Contribute to ensure a high level of security and be attentive to prevent product thefts, including tagging garments and merchandise on the floor.Think innovatively about how we can improve and generate new ways, staying up-to-date with new fashion trends and competitors.Develop and nurture meaningful and loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives.Manage and drive sales by understanding client desires and creating a hand-crafted experience for the client to achieve the best sales performance.Key RequirementsPrevious experience in sales roles; experience in structured luxury fashion/retail companies is an asset.Passionate about retail, customer service, and commercial mindset.Excellent knowledge of the luxury sector and product sensibilities.Strong communication skills.Willingness to grow in the organization; willingness to relocate is a plus.Digital awareness and openness to new ways of working.Brand ambassador with a passion for premium denim and Diesel culture.Fluency in English and Spanish; knowledge of a third language will be considered a plus.Strong competencies in decision-making, strategic thinking, financial acumen, innovation, focus on customer, and execution.We believe in collaboration, trust, and courageWhat We Offer:A temporary contract.A range of development opportunities in Diesel and OTB group store network in Spain and abroad.A generous employee discount on Diesel.An awesome, young, and dynamic team.A highly inclusive working environment.
