It is present in more than 80 countries with 5,000 points of sale, including more than 400 company owned stores.For our Concession in ECI Catalunya we're looking for a motivated temporary Client Advisor (30H) .You fit with this position if you'reCaring, authentic, passionate trusted client advisor: an intuitive sales associate with a passion for style.A powerful communicator, handling clients with personal care and empathy and putting the client at the center of every decision.Courageous with ideas and innovative in your approach, always ready to grow and learn.Key Responsibilities- Act and think first of the client and their experience, you have an in-depth knowledge of the desires, needs and expectations of clientsWelcome and assist each client providing an excellent in-store experience at all timeBe a master at storytelling and at the art of asking engaging questionsCreate a long-term authentic bond with clients by making them feel the experience is truly about themDeal effectively with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor, to drive individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales resultsBe proactively engaged in cross selling with all Departments and maximizes sales opportunity in order to achieve individual sales target and KPIs.Prove Brand and product knowledgeManage payment operations including return, refund, remote sales, tax-free in a punctual and accurate mannerEnsure and maintain the shop floor and visual display high standard, complying with Company operational guidelines and stock procedures.Contribute to ensure a high level of security and is attentive to prevent product thefts, including tagging garments and merchandise on the floorThink innovatively about how we can improve and generate new ways, be up-to-date with new fashion trends and competitorsDevelop and nurture meaningful and loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiativesManage and drive sales by understanding client desires and create a hand-crafted experience for the client to achieve the best sales performanceKey RequirementsPrevious experience in sales roles; experience in structured Luxury Fashion/Retail companies is an asset.Passionate about Retail, Customer Service and commercial mindset.Excellent knowledge of the luxury sector and product sensibilitiesStrong communication skills.Willingness to grow in the organization; willingness to relocateis an a plussset
