En base a nuestro proceso de expansión, seleccionamos profesional para dar soporte al Equipo de Project Management, en el Departamento de Ingeniería. La persona seleccionada será responsable de dar soporte administrativo global al equipo de Project Management en la fase de ejecución de proyectos, garantizando la consecución y el desarrollo de los mismos de manera óptima y adecuada en base a los parámetros establecidos con nuestros clientes. Soporte Administrativo global al Área de Project ManagementTramitación, seguimiento y control del día a día de las instalacionesGestión de pedidos de materialesFacturación de proyectos y seguimiento de procesos de pagoAdministración de contratos, asistencia administrativa diaria de los proyectos activosApertura de casos en sistema ServiceMax, seguimiento y cierre de incidenciasAtención de necesidades de materiales puntuales por parte de técnicos, subcontratas o Project Managers, gestionando el día a día en obraCoordinación y comunicación entre los diferentes equipos, subcontratas y proveedoresSoporte administrativo general derivado de la función¿Qué perfil necesitamos? Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior en Administración/ Formación Técnica o relacionada a las funciones descritas.Aportar en torno a 3-5 años de experiencia desarrollando funciones similaresProvenir de empresas de frío Industrial, climatización, ingenierías generales y/o sectores afinesConocer el día a día de la ejecución de proyectos/Project management desde el ámbito de soporte, coordinación o back office.Aportar experiencia realizando pedidos, órdenes de compra, trato con proveedores de ingeniería.Conocer el día a día del proceso de subcontratación, y estar habituado/a a trabajar con subcontratas.#J-18808-Ljbffr
