The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to users across diverse locations, contexts, and cultures. As an IT Helpdesk Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems, with a focus on Microsoft workplace environment, videoconference setup, cloud-based services, and remote support tools.RESPONSIBILITIESTechnical Support :Provide first-level technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues.Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to Microsoft OS, O365, videoconference tools, MSF internal apps, mobile devices, and other IT systems.Escalate cases to internal or external support level-2 (internal or external teams) if required and follow them up.Remote Support:Utilize remote support tools to assist users located in various places and time zones.Ensure timely and effective resolution of issues through remote assistance.Communication:LFollow up of support requests and ongoing tickets within Helpdesk team and keep related users informed of the progress until the final resolution of each case.Communicate with users on the state and resolution of their needs with an agile, emphatic, resolutive and positive approach.DocumentationL:Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions.Document solutions and create knowledge base articles for common problems.Draft user guidelines for common IT issues or new tools.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex technical issues.Work closely with IT teams and administrators to implement and maintain IT systems.SELECTION CRITERIA :Technical Skills:Proficient in Microsoft OS and Office 365 applications
