Accounts Receivable Technician

Seleccionamos a un/a Accounts Receivable Technician para nuestras oficinas centrales ubicadas en Oliva (Valencia), reportando a la Treasury Manager. FUNCIONES Emisión de facturas y abonos. Registro de asientos de anticipos y cobros de facturas y abonos. Seguimiento y conciliación de las cuentas de clientes. Seguimiento y reclamación de impagos. Comunicación y resolución de incidencias de cobro/facturación con el cliente y el equipo comercial. Elaboración de aging de clientes y reporting semanal y mensual de la situación de cuentas a cobrar. Control de los precios de venta mensuales establecidos a clientes. Análisis de los límites de crédito a clientes y envío de informes de ventas mensuales a la aseguradora. Comprobación en EDI de la correcta facturación y mantenimiento de tablas de equivalencias de EANS. Archivo y gestión documental. PERFIL Licenciatura o Grado en ADE/Económicas o formación similar. Experiencia mínima de al menos 2 años en posición similar. Conocimiento técnico en materia contable. Usuario avanzado de SAP FI, EDI y aplicaciones Microsoft Office. Valorable nivel intermedio de inglés. COMPETENCIAS Trabajo en equipo. Iniciativa y proactividad. Orientación al rigor y la calidad. Orientación a resultados y agilidad en resolución de problemas.
