Desde Antal International,estamos buscando un Product Manager apasionado y orientado a resultado. El candidato ideal liderará el desarrollo y la ejecución de la estrategia de productos, asegurando la entrega de productos de alta calidad que satisfagan las necesidades del mercado y impulsen el crecimiento del negocio. El Product Manager trabajará de cerca con equipos multidisciplinarios, desde desarrollo hasta marketing, para garantizar el éxito de los productos a lo largo de su ciclo de vida.ResponsabilidadesDesarrollo y ejecución de la estrategia de productos: Identificar oportunidades de mercado y definir la visión y estrategia de los productos.Colaborar con equipos internos para alinear la estrategia de productos con los objetivos empresariales.Gestión del ciclo de vida del producto: Supervisar todas las etapas del ciclo de vida del producto, desde la concepción hasta la retirada del mercado.Realizar análisis de rentabilidad y ajustar estrategias según sea necesario.Investigación de mercado y análisis competitivo: Realizar investigaciones de mercado para comprender las tendencias, las necesidades del cliente y la competencia.Utilizar datos y análisis para tomar decisiones informadas sobre la dirección de los productos.Colaboración interfuncional: Trabajar estrechamente con equipos de desarrollo, diseño, marketing y ventas para garantizar la alineación y la ejecución efectiva de la estrategia de productos.Facilitar la comunicación y colaboración eficaz entre departamentos.Definición de requisitos y priorización: Colaborar con el equipo de desarrollo para definir y priorizar características y funcionalidades.Mantener una hoja de ruta clara y actualizada para comunicar el progreso y las próximas mejoras a todas las partes interesadas.Evaluación y gestión de riesgos: Identificar posibles riesgos y proponer soluciones proactivas.Asegurar la calidad y la satisfacción del cliente mediante la gestión efectiva de problemas y retroalimentación.Requisitos:Experiencia comprobada como Product Manager.Conocimiento profundo de estrategias de desarrollo de productos y gestión del ciclo de vida.Habilidades analíticas sólidas y capacidad para tomar decisiones basadas en datos.Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar de manera efectiva en equipos multifuncionales.Orientación a resultados y capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente.Si cumples con estos requisitos y estás listo para liderar el camino en el desarrollo de productos innovadores, esperamos recibir tu solicitud#J-18808-Ljbffr
