Our client is a fast-growing company that specializes in the automobile industry. They are currently looking for an experienced Dutch-speaking Customer Service Executive to join their friendly and supportive team based in central London. This is a great opportunity to be part of a thrilling industry where you will have the chance to develop your knowledge. This position is a permanent role and offers a hybrid scheme working 2 or 3 days in the office. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering exceptional customer service and selling tickets as well as upselling across the Dutch market. Ensuring that all enquiries via telephone, email, and chat are responded to in a timely manner. Maintaining client/customer satisfaction. Working closely and cooperatively with other departments of the company. Translating website content from English to Dutch. About you: The successful candidate will be a customer-focused individual, confident and well-spoken in Dutch, as you will be dealing with a variety of customers. As a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Executive, you will become part of a diverse, friendly, and motivated team within a fast-growing multinational organization. Profile: Fluent in Dutch and English to a native level, both written and spoken. Previous experience as a Sales Executive, Client Service Support, Sales Representative, or Customer Service Executive. Great eye for detail and excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. Great organizational and time management skills. Strong communication skills and able to work well in a team. Detail-oriented, analytical, driven, and motivated.
