Actualmente buscamos una posición deDigital Transformation Manager.

Este un rol clave en la implementación de proyectos globales de transformación digital en el ámbito de los medios y la innovación. Este rol se centrará en liderar la estrategia y la implementación de la transformación digital, trabajando en colaboración con otros líderes del equipo para garantizar que los proyectos sean completados con éxito y en tiempo y forma.

Job Description:

- Principales responsabilidades:
- Liderar la estrategia y la implementación de proyectos de transformación digital.-
- Colaborar con otros líderes del equipo para garantizar que los proyectos se completen de manera efectiva y en línea con los objetivos empresariales.-
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los equipos de datos y tecnología para garantizar que los proyectos se basen en información precisa y que se utilicen tecnologías innovadoras para obtener resultados efectivos.-
- Identificar oportunidades de mejora en los procesos y la tecnología utilizados, y liderar iniciativas para abordar estas oportunidades.-
- Dirigir la comunicación efectiva del progreso del proyecto a los stakeholders internos y externos.Requisitos generales:
- Experiência demostrable liderando proyectos de transformación digital en el ámbito de los medios y la innovación.-
- Conocimientos sólidos en tecnología y datos, con experiência en el uso de herramientas y plataformas de tecnología y datos.-
- Habilidad para liderar equipos y trabajar de manera efectiva en colaboración con otros líderes y equipos.-
- Habilidad para identificar y abordar oportunidades de mejora en los procesos y la tecnología utilizados.-
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para presentar informes de progreso efectivamente a los stakeholders internos y externos.Soft skills & Competencias:

- Data mining, analysis and segmentation using a range of first second, and third-party data sets
- ID-based and non-ID based data

- Core knowledge of Mx System

Technical skills
- Business Intelligence & Analytics software (i.e. SAP, Oracle)
- Web analytics platforms (i.e. GA)
- Planning Skills
- Advertising technologies (DSPs, SSPs, Social, Affiliate)
- Data Visualization (as user)
- DMP / CDP Platforms (ideal)
- Office software
