Ensure our guests experience the best service through optimal staff schedulingWork closely with different departments in our Berlin HQ such as HR, Finance, Revenue Management etc.Lead directly a team of Assistant Managers and several shift leads in addition to a team of receptionists, service employeesSecure a safe and inclusive environment for colleagues and guests with a keen eye for individual needs and desiresSet long- and mid-term goals for your team and live to motivate them by being approachable, giving continuous feedback and discuss personal development- and job opportunitiesEnsure all health, hygiene and safety regulations in the hotel are respected at all timesYOUR PROFILEAt least 2 years of experience in hospitalityWork experience in Switzerland is a plusLicense to operate a hotel in Geneva is a plusInspirational leadership and have joy in leading a diverse, motivated teamA solution-driven mentality, showing strong commitment and an entrepreneurial way of thinkingProfound knowledge of MS Office and front office systems ( Sihot, Fidelio)Excellent communication skills in Spanish and EnglishA desire to travel occasionallyWHAT MEININGER OFFERSCompetitive salary25 days of vacation + 5 bonus days (1 for each year you stay with us)2 days off for volunteering at your favorite NGOsExtra vacation days for every year with MEININGER, company jubileesCompany mobile phone and laptopStaff nights and "friends & family" discounts in all MEININGER hotelsEmployee events and team activities: M-Days, Christmas parties, team-building eventsGrowth and development opportunities as part of an internationally expanding organizationAPPLICATIONWe are enthusiastic hosts as diverse as our guests.
