About DEOLEO : We´re a multinational company based in different locations (Italy, North Europe, USA, Canada, Mexico, India) with Spanish headquarter (Madrid).Deoleo is the world's largest olive oil company with world leading brands such as Bertolli, Carapelli, Hojiblanca, Carbonell, Koipesol, Sasso, Motiolivo, and Figaro.Producing our oil in Spain and Italy and distributing our brands from Australia to Alaska.Our mission is to inspire everyone involved in olive oil to make a positive difference, every day.Our vision is to lead olive oil into a sustainable future, enabling all our stakeholders to commit to a process of adding value to olive oil, from the field to the market shelf.Your Opportunity with us: We are looking for an ambitious and talented profile to join our Global Operations Team as a Project Manager – Strategic Operations in our Global Headquarter (Madrid).What are we looking for?A Project Manager – Strategic Operations role with a focus on results and continuous improvement, that will deliver a wide standard approach to project delivery.Constantly seeking new and better ways of working to optimize team efficiency and performance, prioritizing project management resources and to provide full and accurate visibility of project status.Key delivery for this role will include: You will be in charge of relevant and transversal projects, involving different areas and geographic regions of the group in digitalization, efficiency improvement and new processes.You will be in charge of managing and following up on strategic projects and annual budgets.You will implement Analytics programs in the operations/supply chain area.Governance supply chain: you will collect and propose improvements based on the relevant KPIs of the group's operations.You will drive the knowledge of new trends and technologies in the operational teams.You will need: University Education with Degree or equivalent qualification Fluent in spoken and written English & Spanish (Italian would be a bonus) Proven expertise in FMCG global organizations or Strategy Consulting as a PMO (minimum 5 years) Expert in Microsoft Office (Excel and Power Point).Database knowledge and Power BI.Experience working with diverse (cross-cultural) teams.Project Management with PMO methodology.Autonomous and Change Management.Strategic Mindset Our DEOLEO "Live Green" benefits will include: DEOLEO Welcome basket, with some of our key products & brands (Carbonell, Koipe, Hojiblanca) Flexible working environment with time flexibility and home office, specific COVID protocol to support employees DEOLEO Live Green digital tour with specific focus on bring life our end-to-end processes (from harvest to bottle) DEOLEO specifics for Spain: Flexible compensation plan, with which you can advantageously contract things like health insurance.Possibility to benefit from our flexible remuneration plan with the legal limits 30% of the total remuneration.(Nursery tickets, transportation).DEOLEO Employee platform discounts with lots of offers to get discount in hotels, supermarkets, car insurance, etc...
