If you are an expert in your field, we want to hear from you.Role overviewWe have ambitious plans for 2024/5 and are looking for an Italian or French-speaking Key Account Manager to join our dynamic, high-performing Sales team in London or Madrid.The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing a book of growth and strategic accounts and finding consultancy and account development opportunities amongst key clients in EMEA.This role is responsible for dealing with large contract renewals, identifying business opportunities, building key prospect relationships, negotiating and closing business deals and maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions. The Key Account Manager will use a consultative sales style to create, implement and manage a strategy to help achieve our ambitious sales goals.The teamAt WGSN we have high performing sales teams made up of Client Services Coordinators, Business Development Associates, Key Account Managers and Senior Account Managers, who have worked incredibly hard over the past year to achieve outstanding results.Our teams are diverse, tenacious, resilient, and extremely dedicated because they truly believe in the value WGSN services bring to our global clientele who operate in Fashion, Beauty, Interiors, Food & Drink and Consumer Tech. We never compromise on collaboration which allows us to have a strong team dynamic.From Start-Ups to Fortune 500 companies; WGSN supplies specialised intelligence to the most valuable brands in Fashion, Beauty, Food & Drink, Interiors and Consumer Tech, allowing these brands to produce outstanding products that consumers will demand for years to come.Key accountabilitiesIdentify and close new opportunities from an assigned book of growth accounts across EMEA.Drive all aspects and stages of the sale including; qualifying the viability of potential sales, delivering winning presentations, contract negotiations, legal and procurement discussions and managing the sales process through to its close.Manage a strategic book of growth accounts to ensure the customer is delighted with the WGSN service (and successfully executing the renewal of the client contracts); maintain high renewal rates
