Desde Serviguidetech buscamos fortalecer el equipo de Business Management & Change (BMC) con un Execution Manager para integrarse en la entidad financiera más importante de España.

Como Execution Manager, será responsable de la ejecución de proyectos estratégicos en el dominio de Finanzas y Gestión de Balances (F&BSM) en Corporate & Investment Banking (SCIB).

Las principales responsabilidades incluyen:

- Participar en la definición del plan estratégico/de transformación del área.
- Apoyar al Product Owner (PO) para realizar el análisis de caso de negocio de cada iniciativa.
- Definir los KPIs de los proyectos (marco de valores), elaboración de los charters (expediente técnico de los proyectos) y seguimiento de los entregables, identificando y gestionando riesgos, dependencias y prioridades con el PO.
- Monitorear las iniciativas: Revisar el estado de las iniciativas con los scrum masters y los respectivos Technical Tribe Leads.
- Reportar RAG estado de proyectos, riesgos y dependencias.
- Asegurar una estructura de recursos/sourcing con un perfil adecuado para la ejecución de las iniciativas y una estructura de equipos eficiente y equilibrada.
- Seguimiento y gestión financiera de los proyectos, revisando la correcta asignación de los equipos a cada iniciativa, garantizando la correcta aplicación de tarifas y horas trabajadas y revisando todas las solicitudes presupuestarias previas a su presentación en el Foro de Cambio.
- Establecer y liderar la gobernanza del plan de transformación con el Propietario del Dominio y su ExCO (Propietarios del Producto), así como con los Equipos Globales de COO implicados.
- Establecer y liderar la gobernanza con los equipos locales de BMC con el objetivo de compartir el pipeline de iniciativas, buscar eficiencias (no desarrollar la misma herramienta en diferentes geografías, adaptar mejores prácticas) y trabajar juntos por proyectos de la entidad financiera

**Requisitos**:

- +**12 años de experiência** relevante trabajando en áreas bancarias y/o tecnológicas como PMO o Project Manager.

**Deseable**:

- Conocimiento y experiência en negocios y sistemas bancarios.

**Habilidades y conocimientos**:

- Alta capacidad de anticipación y resolución de problemas.
- Habilidades organizativas y analíticas y atención al detalle.
- Gran capacidad de comunicación con diferentes equipos.
- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal en inglés (nível mínimo C1).
