.Fleet Remarketing Manager - InterimManage the hertz used vehicle remarketing operations and be fully responsible or executing the sale of used car plan by using the most cost effective B2B or B2C sales channels. The key focus areas will be to achieve both volume and P&L targets and ensuring that we move quickly to online sales strategy but at the same time maximizing on our price position, timings and the expansion of our customer base. Manage and develop local and other European routes to market with specific attention to the multi-jurisdiction market.Key-result areasDevelopment and implementation of a Remarketing Strategy which minimizes the risks of our assets and enables Hertz to increase fleet rotation where needed and with positive P&L impact.Develop and implement salesperson incentives to support the annual sales plan and implement buyer loyalty program that will support both customer retention and customer growth.Manage and track salesperson performance via customer lead generation, prospect management and CRM activity.Develop and implement new B2B routes to market both in local market and cross-border sales.Responsible for building, managing and developing talent effectively within the organization in order to foster a high performing culture and holds direct reports accountable for the effective management of the team.Development and expansion of existing and new routes to market specifically targeting on-line sales via both B2B and B2C sales channels. Also, develop used vehicle sales to affinity partners and our own employees.Manage and further develop relationships with Dealers, Manufacturer Used Car Programs and 3rd party auction companies.Implement and develop national marketing initiatives which will support car sales via both B2B and B2C sale channels.Responsibility of the planning, tracking and achieving of weekly/monthly/yearly sales volume, revenue and car sales expenses and being fully responsible for the operational control of 5x car sales compounds.Develop Retail as key strategic channel and increase both sales volume and revenue via other income streams.Focus on residual value price performance each month and by channel so to minimize the financial impact on car sales.Responsibility for an optimal input into the fleet purchasing process in order to reduce fleet costs/sales results.Planning and implementation of process improvements so to ensure that all processes area aligned with our strategic Remarketing objectives and internal audit procedures.Close cooperation with the European matrix organization to ensure implementation of any European and Global projects.Liaise with Fleet distribution and planning on the defleet of used vehicles including the management of stock rotation.Responsible for educating and communicating within the business about Fleet remarketing and also the overall importance of defleeting vehicles on time and maximizing on good market conditions
