The key purpose of the **Fleet Acquisition Analyst **is to c ontribute to infleet and defleet activities in the Fleet Acquisition Department through all the systems, processes, and procedures to achieve all the fleet targets.

**What You’ll Do**:
**Infleet Tasks**:

- Gather and upload new data provider in Vendor Set-up systems
- Complete accurately OPE data (Emissions, HP, etc ) to be sent to Fleet Planning team
- Upload accurate deal information in VPS database
- Upload vehicle information in detailed Adds Calendar
- Tag every addition, according to latest Forecast
- Create accurate information concerning vehicle specifications, to enable efficient Remarketing
- Manage and update constantly additions Calendar file
- Find out all information to create Model Codes for every model and vehicle group
- Generate Model code in "Model Code Platform" and other systems
- Create Purchase Orders on time
- Review payments/invoicing (with Fleet Accounting), accurately, to avoid deviations and mistakes
- Prepare all information to enable Payments
- Registration process follow-up, in strong alignment with Car Control
- Manage destinations and delivery process for all additions, in alignment with Logistics Department and Car Control

**Defleet Tasks**
- Buy Back defleet management (select vhs and comunicate efficiently, to minimize risks and costs)

**Support**
- Effective and proactive contact with other Dpts **(Ops, Mnt, Logistics, Planning), **OEMs/dealers,Agency **(registration follow-up), **Fleet Accounting**:

- Prepare data for **local weekly fleet meeting
**What We’re Looking For**:

- University Degree
- Microsoft Office environment
- Medium-high level on Microsoft Excel
- Access / database
- Medium-high knowledge about automotive industry
- English fluency
