What will your day to day be like? Collaborate and lead some of our'Values-Based Recruitment' processes (writing profiles, curricular screening, phone and face-to-face interviews, writing reports, values assessments, etc.)Collaborate with our consultancy services, both with national and international customersPromote new ideas to innovate and growHelp us to develop our business model, contacting people to change the Human Resources sector.Ensuring an unique client and candidate experience to contribute to our organizational purposeLearn all you can and teach us all you wantAnd many more things ????What would we like to find?
