Meet our client A company focused on video advertising across over 3,000 premium websites, helping advertisers reach their audience while maximizing earnings for publishers. Based in Madrid, it operates in more than 20 countries and is growing quickly. With its advanced technology, it manages around 5 billion ad requests daily from 600 million users. The company prioritizes quality service and team development, offering employees the chance to work with innovative technology in a fast-paced environment.
About the role We are looking for a Regional Sales Director responsible for the overall profitability and headcount of the company in a specific territory, thus leading Country Managers to implement and achieve the sales strategy and also participating and supporting the recruitment process for their commercial team.
Your responsibilities: Being responsible for the sales target of each country of your territory of controlParticipating in the recruiting and hiring process of the commercial teamProviding detailed sales forecasting on a quarterly, semester and annual basisMonitoring the market and competitor products and activities and providing detailed sales forecastingEstablishing and maintaining key customer relationshipsObtaining, allocating and adjusting operations resources to achieve sales and service goalsMotivating the sales teams to achieve their goalsCreating sales reports and a P&L report of the sales operation for each country to provide to the your direct managerAbout you: Full proficiency in both spoken and written Spanish and English (mandatory)Minimum of 7 years experience in a sales leadership positionProven experience in reporting to C-LevelsIn-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniquesExcellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skillsGreat strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skillsStrong ability on leading multicultural sales teams and strategic thinkingDeep knowledge of the Ad-Tech sectorMaster's degree in a business-related field may be advantageousHighly valued: Previous experience collaborating with leading agencies such as WPP, Publicis, OMG, Dentsu, or IPG in Latam markets.
