Performance Marketing Lead

As the Performance Marketing Lead at Make you will play a pivotal managerial role in developing and executing strategic digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels to drive customer acquisition growth. This is a hands-on position where your expertise in creating and optimizing digital campaigns will be key to success.
Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aimed at growing our customer acquisition effortsManage a team of specialists responsible for different channels including SEO, Paid Ads, Partner Marketing, and Influencer MarketingSet clear goals and KPIs for each team member and channelOversee campaign execution, budget allocation, and performance optimization across all channelsProvide ongoing coaching and mentorship to team membersAnalyze data and reports to measure campaign effectiveness and ROICollaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and achieve marketing goalsRequirements: 3+ years experience in managing and leading a digital marketing teamMinimum 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, experience in SaaS businesses is preferredProven track record of success in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaignsStrong understanding of paid advertising, SEO, influencer marketing, and social media marketing principlesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skillsWhat we offer: RSUs grant in a rapidly growing company raising its value every day Annual bonus Multinational team with 42 nationalities creating the future of automation Learning & Development plan (online language, professional courses, conference tickets and other trainings) & 2 Company Learning Days per year 3 Company Impact Days per year Notebook/Macbook and 34'' curved monitor 25 days of vacation, company day off on 31st December 10 care days to care for your loved ones ? ? ?
