We are currently seeking a German-speaking Business Development Representative to join our expanding team in Barcelona .
This is a hybrid/onsite role where you will work from our Barcelona office while also having the option to work remotely within Barcelona.
You will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, engaging with prospective clients, and helping them solve their business challenges with our technology solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a consultative approach to client relationships, and the drive to contribute to the success of the company.
As a Business Development Representative, you will be part of a dynamic team and have opportunities for professional growth and development.
Position Overview: As a Business Development Representative , your primary responsibility will be to identify and generate new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients, specifically German-speaking companies, to present our technology solutions.
You will serve as the first point of contact for new business prospects and work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that opportunities are qualified, nurtured, and transitioned into the sales pipeline.
This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work both remotely within Barcelona and onsite at our Barcelona office, ensuring a perfect work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting: Reach out to potential clients in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland) via cold calls, emails, and digital channels.
Identify decision-makers, qualify leads, and generate new business opportunities.
Consultative Selling: Use a consultative sales approach to engage with prospects, uncover their business needs, and align our technology solutions to address those needs.
Provide initial assessments and insights into how our products can help them achieve their goals
