Some of our local brands have been in consumers' kitchens for over a century and have positioned themselves as authentically loved brands, as well as deeply rooted parts of the local culture.Today, with a turnover of around 1,5 billion euros and a team of around 3,300 people, we are the preferred choice of millions of consumers.Role:Reporting to the Route-To-Market Execution Manager: The Route-To-Market Execution Assistant will be responsible for providing support in the implementation of the route-to-market initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and support product launches during the first year to consolidate the commercial implementation (distribution, perfect store, etc.
).Follow up the main RTM initiatives by tracking real data and targets defined.Assist to drive and optimize daily RTM operations to ensure an effective execution based on a scientific data approach.Track the detailed execution plans outlining tasks, resources, timelines, and deliverables.Assist in key RTM meeting preparation such as RTM operational meetings and Route-to-Market steering committee meetings.What can you expect from us?You will be part of a unique company in an exciting moment, when we are growing and becoming a very consolidated multinational in the FMCG Food industry, with many strong brands.
RequirementsA degree in Marketing, Business administration with or without previous work experience.Tracking and reporting project with attention to details.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change quickly.Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Effective collaboration skills and teamwork.Communication skills.
Effective communication with the teams of the African countriesKnowledge of English will be highly valued.
