.Puesto de trabajo: Operations Officer Unidad: Institutional Development & Engagement Esade es una institución académica global conocida por la calidad de su educación, su proyección internacional y su enfoque en el desarrollo personal integral, así como por sus fuertes vínculos con el mundo empresarial.Nuestra actividad académica engloba tres grandes áreas: la formación, la investigación y el debate social.Pretendemos impulsar un cambio significativo a través del compromiso social y la innovación.La oportunidad Esta posición tiene como finalidad apoyar a ejecución de los procesos y al engagement con los alumnos becas y actividades relacionadas dentro de la unidad de Operaciones del departamento de Institutional Development & Engagement de Esade.Tus principales responsabilidades CRM Velar por la calidad del dato de donantes corporativos, individuales y proyectos.Volcado de información en el sistema CRM relativo a las colaboraciones Extracción de datos para su análisis Gestión de peticiones de desarrollo del CRM REPORTING Realizar seguimiento periódico, su evolución y actualización constante de los Cuadros de Mando.Apoyo en la creación de presentaciones de resultados.GESTIÓN DE CONVENIOS Y DONACIONES Apoyo en el proceso relativo a los convenios de colaboración y donaciones.FINANCIERO Elaborar peticiones de facturación, certificados de donación según convenios y aportaciones.Seguimiento de recepción de cobros.BECAS Gestión y propuesta de nuevas acciones de engagement para los alumnos becados.Relación con el departamento del Programa de Becas de Esade.RESEARCH Apoyo a research en la búsqueda y organización de la información.Compromiso y responsabilidad en la Privacidad y en la Seguridad de la información de ESADE Cualificaciones Formación Académica: Titulación Universitaria generalista o Grado Superior o equivalente Idiomas: Español C1, Inglés C1 (o equivalente) y Catalán se valorará positivamente.Herramientas informáticas: CRM (Salesforce), Microsoft 365, Paquete Office especialmente Power Point y Excel Competencias requeridas: Orientación al detalle y rigurosidad en el tratamiento de datos, excelentes habilidades analíticas, competencia para trabajar de manera autónoma bajo el liderazgo del Manager, así como de forma colaborativa en equipo estableciendo sinergias y buenas relaciones.Perfil con alta curiosidad y motivación para el aprendizaje.Altamente flexible y adaptativa.Experiencia previa en el puesto de trabajo: Se valorará experiencia de al menos 2 años en posiciones similares.¿Qué ofrecemos?
