GTM Finance Operations Manager/Deal desk/SAAS deals structure Manager

Madrid, Community of Madrid, ES We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Operations Manager to join our Strategy and Operations team. In this role you will be responsible for leading the contracting processes of all our cloud transactions and optimizing our end-to-end finance processes to drive our consumption-based business model.
Responsibilities: Partner in a trusted adviser capacity to Go-to-Market Leadership, sales and customer success community and other internal stakeholders Act as Make's main point of contact for the central Celonis Finance function (Deal Desk, Billing, Booking, Collections, etc. ) Continuously improve and automate Finance processes and optimize them for Make's consumption-based business Provide thought leadership to develop innovative deal structures, manage risk within the contractual terms and structure and educate the sales and customer success team on our latest product bundles and offerings Independently scope and execute project work with minimum oversight to meet goals identified by Management Work closely with Finance, Legal and Operations department to optimize contract terms and close deals Ensure compliance with internal controls and timely delivery of compliant and commercially sound offers with the Account Executives Handle day-to-day transactional deal pricing requests What we are looking for: A University Degree in Business, Law, Economics or similar Relevant working experience in Cloud/SaaS Business, Sales Operations, Deal Desk or comparable fields is a plus A deep understanding of financial and contractual concepts and familiarity with standard legal terms A clear business focus, thriving for commercially beneficial outcomes The ability to identify problems and discrepancies, independently perform research and analysis of causes, and recommend corrective actions A collaborative style with the ability to communicate clearly and precisely on technical and operational issues A detail- and results-oriented approach with the ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced, and constantly evolving environment The ability to evaluate priorities and multi-task accordingly, while keeping others apprised of status with respect to deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English What we offer: RSUs grant in a rapidly growing company raising its value every day Multinational team with 48 nationalities creating the future of automation Learning & Development plan 25 days of vacation, 24th&31st Dec company holiday Extra parental vacation (3-6 months) RSUs grant for a newborn child Gym pass Meal and transportation tickets, medical insurance family leave program, offering 24 weeks of paid leave for main carers and
