We are here to reinvent the property investment industry globally and help our customers become more financially independent by helping them create wealth through property investment, so that they can enjoy more time doing what they loveDo you identify with this purpose and are willing to join the PropHero Team to help us bring our vision to the world?Then PropHero is the right place for you, keep readingYour mission will be to lead and develop the Sales Department at PropHero in Spain.Your success in this mission will be stellar if you develop the following roles and contributions:Be a TOP Sales Lead.Lead the Inbound Sales Team: Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of inbound sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales metrics, set performance goals, and provide regular feedback to team members.Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize inbound sales opportunities.Customer Engagement: Ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service and maintains high levels of customer satisfaction.Training and Development: Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's product knowledge, sales skills, and overall performance.Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to optimize the inbound sales workflow and increase efficiency.Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer support, and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business goals.Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.You will have done a great job if you manage to:Reach and outperform the Company's targets.Build an amazing team culture within the Sales Team in Spain, and contribute to the rest of the Departments.What will make you succeed with us?Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.Skills:Strong leadership and team management abilities
