Job summary
K-LAGAN is looking for a Business Manager IT for their offices in BarcelonaThe Business Manager will be responsible for maintaining and developing assigned accountsThe role involves sales, recruitment, and project management
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain assigned accounts• Lead and support recruitment of new profiles• Manage the account team• Organize and lead meetings with clients to gather necessary data for proposals• Coordinate tasks with the technical team for proposal preparation• Calculate costs, margin, and sale price for proposals• Prepare commercial offers and present them to clients• Report progress in commercial actions to IT and management• Maintain ongoing communication with clients during project development• Prepare and present offers for change requests or additional costs during development
Requirements
• Technical background to understand client needs and propose suitable solutions• Motivated to take on new challenges• Effective communicator who can convey transparency and trust• Organized and capable of leadership• Team player• Proactive and suggests actions to improve commercial activities and processes
