Buscamos un/a UX Researcher, con más de 5 años de experiência en diseño UX y Research. Una persona curioso/a, capaz de entender y equilibrar las aspiraciones del usuario con los objetivos de negocio. Con cultura Lean UX, atrevido/a y sin miedo a estrellar ideas.

Formarás parte del equipo de Fail Fast, un estudio digital con más de 70 perfiles multidisciplinares que mejoran a diario productos, servicios y marcas a través del diseño y la comunicación. Tendrás acceso a un programa de crecimiento basado en sesiones de Power-Up y mentoring, con espacios de co-creación y posibilidad de formarte y certificarte en múltiples especialidades. **¿Qué harás?**
- Dirigir la investigación con usuarios en proyectos digitales omnichannel.
- Transformar los insights en ideas que aporten valor al negocio y al usuario.
- Realizar prototipados interactivos y realizar tests con usuarios, en nuestro lab y en guerrilla.
- Diseñar la interacción de productos digitales para grandes clientes, nacionales e internacionales.
- Diseñar experiências y flujos de usuario para objetos conectados, "Internet of things".
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con equipos multidisciplinares entre la creatividad, el marketing y la tecnología.
- Experiência en la plataforma UserTesting.

**Requisitos**:

- Más de 5 años de experiência en diseño UX.
- Conocimientos en arquitectura de información, diseño de interacción, usabilidad, test con usuarios, prototipado y análisis heurístico.
- Conocimiento de las últimas guías de estilo y patrones de iOS y Android.
- Persona con actitud proactiva, positiva y acostumbrada a trabajar en equipo.
- Con experiência en metodologías Scrum Agile y / o Lean UX.
- Redacción de definiciones funcionales con lenguaje sintético.
- Idioma: Inglés Proficiency.

- Conocimientos en user research, design thinking y service design.
- Conocimientos en marketing digital y SEO.
- Conocimientos en análisis de datos (móvil, web y redes sociales)
- Capacidad de priorización y conocimiento en micro interacciones.
- Experiência en trato con el cliente.
- Dinamización de workshops o tests con usuarios finales.
