About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a student/recent graduate to help completing the people agenda in a complex country. Our HR agenda is focused on building a meaningful impact on people's lives. Supporting Swiss Re, business unit colleagues and the global HR team, your focus will be supporting the day-to-day recruiting and onboarding operations in the Spanish team, driving operational excellence and championing agile change.
What you will be doing
As a Recruiting Intern you will work together with the Spanish HR Team, especially supporting recruiting in hiring the best talents. Your main tasks will be:
Assist with offer and contract generation;
Help with the benefits enrollment process from an administrative perspective;
Support with the systems management during the hiring process;
Report and data analysis;
Ensure the correct filing of employee's documents in the company archive;
General HR administration tasks;
Support the HR Manager and HR Operations Advisor as required.
What you will bring

- Ability to plan, organize and follow-up on short-term priorities.
Requirements
- Spanish speaker with excellent level of business English.
- Ideally a degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with several deadlines and commitments.
- MS Office expert.
