col-wideJob Description:Your RoleWe're looking for a Sales Renewal Representative who will help Account Executives optimize renewal revenue goals, and focus on lead generation for new business.In this role, you'll:Be a partner. Together with Account Executives, you'll build a territory success plan that ensures customers renew and identifies expansion opportunities to generate additional revenue.Conduct outbound activities. Your priority will be renewal customers but you'll also spend some time prospecting.Manage our systems. You'll maintain an accurate Salesforce pipeline by properly moving opportunities across stages, closing opportunities and evaluating deals for the appropriate value.Build excellent relationships with customers. You'll provide resources to customers to improve their usage and knowledge of our products via expert chats, tutorials, blogs, how-to guides, etc. You'll also learn when to connect customers with our support department for technical interactions.For this role, we're currently considering candidates who live within a commuting distance of our office in Barcelona. But with our flexible work policy, there aren't any current requirements for the number of days you come to the office.Must-HavesExcellent communicator.You're able to get your message across through verbal and written communication, and you have great presentation skills.Proactive.
