DescriptionScopely is looking for an Economy Design Lead to join our team on the Mega-hit Stumble GuysStumble Guys is one of our most recent hits, with millions of fans joining the party every single day, constantly keeping it at the top of the charts in over 50 countries and with the ambition of becoming nothing less than a beloved franchise and to be played for many years to come.At Scopely, we care deeply about what we do and want to inspire play, every day - whether in our work environments alongside our talented colleagues, or through our deep connections with our communities of players.We are a global team of game lovers who are developing, publishing and innovating the mobile games industry, connecting millions of people around the world daily.What will you doDevelop and own a high-level strategy for improving and optimizing the game economy in order to maximize engagement and revenue in the long run.Manage the economy and pricing of virtual goods, content, and currencies in the game, both free and paid, including progression, bonuses & rewards for in-game events, competitions & challenges.Collaborate with product teams to design the optimal daily experience for our players and maximize their engagement & performance with our features.Investigate different economic models for different segments of users.Build and analyze simulations and predictive models to proactively forecast the results of changes to content.Plan A/B testing plans and analyze their effectiveness.Manage & optimize game pricing models while defining key segmentation layers to support players' LTV growth.Define economy KPIs and build mathematical models to monitor, predict and validate the impact of features on game balance and player behavior.What you will need:Experience as a game economy manager.Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a similar quantitative field.High analytical skills & proven experience in quantifying & modeling players' behaviors to reach product/feature goals.Proven experience working with Product, Design & LiveOps teams.Proficient in English.Experience working with SQL, R, Python - an advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
