About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Game Economy Manager to join our team at Pixel United. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our talented team of game developers and economists to create engaging and rewarding game experiences for our players. As a Senior Game Economy Manager, you will be responsible for designing and balancing the game economy, ensuring that it is fair, fun, and profitable. You will work closely with our product, game ops, and data teams to create high-level strategies for pricing, balancing, and optimizing the game economy. Key Responsibilities: Design and balance the game economy, ensuring it is fair, fun, and profitable. Work closely with product, game ops, and data teams to create high-level strategies for pricing, balancing, and optimizing the game economy. Develop and maintain predictive models to forecast the results of changes and balancing of content. Explore player segmentation based on behavior and motivation theory and recommend new and useful segments for game operations and feature design. Drive game economy best practices and knowledge sharing throughout the company. Requirements: 3+ years of experience working in the field of game economy. Strong understanding of numerical simulation methods and their applications. Good understanding of behavioral economics and motivational theories. Experience in predictive analytics, segmentation, and related areas. Knowledge in SQL and/or Python or R. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in game economy, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with ambiguity.
