Your main mission will be to support and advise functional People Business Partners and Managers with a focus on Spanish Compliance frameworks. This role offers a unique opportunity to expand your skillset and shape your career in the dynamic environment of a global tech company.Employee RelationsAdvise Functional People Business Partners (PBP) based outside of Spain and lead end-to-end employee relations such as performance management, investigations, prepare and apply disciplinary/dismissal procedures...As subject matter expert for Spain, you work with our Functional PBPs based abroad and in Spain, to understand their business needs, provide advice and support them on Employee Relations specific to Spain: information/session, trainings, Ad Hoc cases.You are assisting and coaching Managers with employee relations processes. You upskill managers through your conversations, to enable them to deliver outcomes in a way that is in line with our culture and labor law.You have a creative, solutions-based and proactive approach to People Relations topics – whilst aligning to the Criteo Culture.Compliance & PoliciesElaboration, follow-up and coordination with PBPs, Centers of Expertise (Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, People Ops etc...) to adapt our global People processes for Spain : provide inputs, influence and roll-out.You design our local policies, necessary processes that are required as part of the implementation of any given local policies or local legislative requirements. You define communication strategy & implementation.You are the go-to-person for our People Operations team when they need support in answering questions that connect to regulations and policies in the locations in your responsibility. You are an active collaborator with the team and work together to successfully deliver value.You are aware of what is happening in the external labor market that may influence our internal practices. As the subject matter expert, you lead communication & relationships with external authorities.As location expert, you are connecting with our internal stakeholders with regards to country management : Workplace, Tax, Finance, Internal communication...You support our other People Business Partner team members and may help them drive some compliance topics, or other global initiatives.Who You Are:Previous strong experience in Human Resources handling autonomously complex people relations topics
