You upskill managers through your conversations, to enable them to deliver outcomes in a way that is in line with our culture and labor law.You have a creative, solutions-based and proactive approach to People Relations topics whilst aligning to the Criteo Culture.Compliance & PoliciesElaboration, follow-up and coordination with PBPs, Centers of Expertise (Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, People Ops etc ) to adapt our global People processes for Spain : provide inputs, influence and roll-out.You design our local policies, necessary processes that are required as part of the implementation of any given local policies or local legislative requirements.You define communication strategy & implementation.You are the go-to-person for our People Operations team when they need support in answering questions that connect to regulations and policies in the locations in your responsibility.You are an active collaborator with the team and work together to successfully deliver value.You are aware of what is happening in the external labor market that may influence our internal practices. As the subject matter expert, you lead communication & relationships with external authorities.As location expert, you are connecting with our internal stakeholders with regards to country management : Workplace, Tax, Finance, Internal communicationYou support our other People Business Partner team members and may help them drive some compliance topics, or other global initiatives.Who You Are :Previous strong experience in Human Resources handling autonomously complex people relations topics.Experience in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment where compliance and risks are managed keeping both the company safe whilst not slowing down the business.Excellent knowledge of Spanish Labor law frameworks with a pragmatic approach.Analytical, decision making & problem-solving skills to tackle new people-related topics
