About the Job We are your global provider who designs, delivers, and optimizes unforgettable human experiences for today's digital world.
From sales to service and content moderation to credit management, we're an end-to-end provider across all B2C and B2B customer journeys.
Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound presales inquiries via telephone or email, providing customers with detailed information on products and directing them to the relevant internet page for more details.
Detect immediate sales opportunities and manage these according to company rules.
Refer non-sales/presales inquiries to the appropriate organization (Technical support, store post-sales, etc.).
Manage customers' and resellers' requests for spare parts by checking availability and referring them to the online spare part store or specialized partners.
Close inbound sales for consumers (B2C).
Qualify inbound B2B sales opportunities requiring negotiation and pass leads to store telesales.
Refer/Transfer Reseller & Retailer/eTailer inquiries to the appropriate organization.
Required Qualifications: Fluent in English and native-level Dutch.
Customer-service-driven, organized, and efficient.
Proficient in cross-selling and up-selling.
Proactive with a service-oriented attitude.
Strong selling skills and IT literacy.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
Able to hold business-level conversations to derive customer needs before positioning products and prices.
Strong personal interest and curiosity in IT products and applications.
High capability to listen to customers and ask adequate questions to understand their needs.
Follow the company's security rules.
