This role combines outbound sales, account management, and customer service, with a strong emphasis on achieving growth and profitability targets.Key Responsibilities:Proactively reach out to new and lapsed customers, meeting and exceeding sales targetsBuild a robust sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying prospects within target companiesUse advanced sales techniques to secure new client contacts, cross-sell, upsell, and close sales via phoneCollaborate with specialists and account managers, booking meetings to drive sales forwardProvide professional support, ensuring high client satisfaction and relaying feedback for ongoing improvementsPrepare tailored commercial and technical proposals for clients, delivering reliable solutions to their needsMaintain detailed records of sales activities, prospecting, and follow-up communicationsRequirements:Languages: C2-level Dutch (oral and written) and proficiency in EnglishExperience: 1+ year in B2B sales, preferably in an outbound environment; experience with channelsales is a plusSkills: Strong communication skills, computer proficiency, and goal-oriented approachTraits: Motivated self-starter with excellent customer care skills and a keen sense of initiativeWhat We Offer:Competitive salary based on skills and experienceFull-time contract with Monday to Friday schedule (8 AM - 6 PM)Comprehensive training on our company and project specificsCareer development opportunities, including international mobility and specialized coursesDynamic, supportive team environment that encourages creativity and growthGuidance and resources to help you reach your full potentialReady to take your career to the next level in sunny Barcelona?
