Agilent enables customers to gain the answers and insights they seek ---- so they can do what they do best: improve the world around us.We are looking for a new team member to support the Spanish or UK and Ireland HR Admin Payroll Team at Agilent Technologies in our office in Barcelona working for one of the leading companies in Life ScienceYou will be a part of the European HR Services Team which is responsible for payrolls and HR administrative tasks of 15 different countries.Your main responsibilities and tasks will be:Together with colleagues, you will be managing administration and payroll tasks for Spain or UK and Ireland.You will work with a payroll vendor to ensure an accurate and timely payroll process.Respond to incoming HR and Payroll related queries from employees and managers.Prepare and maintain relevant HR documentation such as contracts, payroll records, tutorials, and audits.Participate in local or global projects that require HR services expertise.QualificationsWe are looking for a colleague that has the following characteristics to join our growing multicultural team:Experience in handling Payroll and HR Admin tasks for Spain or UK and Ireland.Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.
Other language skills are a plus.Strong sense of commitment and time management skills to meet deadlines.Comfortable working with Microsoft Office tools, especially Microsoft Excel.As part of your day-to-day job, you will be working on numerous different tasks and interacting with both internal and external stakeholders, which requires strong interpersonal skills.We are looking for a team member who has good attention to detail as you will be working with a lot of admin tasks where accuracy is importantWe offer:Career development opportunities in an international company.Competitive compensation and benefits package including ticket restaurant, private health insurance, life insurance, gym funding, etc.Company pension scheme.Hybrid contract working 3 days from the office and 2 days from home.Additional DetailsThis job has a full-time weekly schedule.
