As the Enterprise Sales Director for the Italian market, you will be playing a critical role in Monta's global expansion and ongoing success as the go-to software provider of choice for the EV charging industry. You will primarily be responsible for selling into mid-market and enterprise accounts in Italy through strategic pipeline generation activities and consultative selling.Roles & ResponsibilitiesEstablish and develop a strategy for identifying and closing net new sales opportunitiesProspect into targeted strategic accounts, including nation-wide hardware manufacturers, installers and wholesalers to ensure Monta is represented across all major segmentsParticipate and represent Monta at trade shows, seminars, webinars and other industry eventsPartner with marketing to develop and implement field marketing campaigns as neededLead the full sales cycle and effectively manage all internal and external stakeholdersManage all sales activity and monthly forecasting of revenue in CRMBuild strong relationships with partners to ensure their needs are well understood and met, and to ensure your opportunities and incoming leads translate to closed dealsLeverage existing / create new presentations and other sales materials needed to succeed in your assigned territoryBecome an important part of the Monta team, where the feedback and knowledge you bring from your assigned territory will be crucial for our ongoing success in our ambitious global growth strategyBe supported by the full staff in Ops, Marketing and Sales to help you succeed in building a strong customer baseAt least 5 years of midmarket/enterprise sales experience, with a demonstrated ability to develop and manage complex sales cycles and selling to C-level executivesHunter mentality with the ability to drive outbound meetings and generate new business opportunitiesExperience in value based selling and sales frameworks such as MEDDICCYou have a business development and / or hyper growth startup backgroundYou have experience in Software or SaaS salesYou thrive in complexity and when multitaskingYou make it happenYou are ideally located in Barcelona, Spainand can write and speak Italian & English fluently (Bonus- if you speak any other European language)You are comfortable with a modern tool stack, understand demand generation, and know how to leverage marketingYou like to challenge yourself and get excited when we win togetherA yearly education budget, and a few extra days off to make use of it For example: our Backend team went to the WeAreDevelopers World Congress in Berlin together.We're quite a social bunch so you can look forward to a good atmosphere at Monta with things such as: Friday bars, pub crawls, ping pong, and much more.Flexible working hours.
