¿Qué estamos buscando?
Buscamos un Customer Support Specialist que se incorpore al equipo de Customer Success con el objetivo de atender las dudas de nuestros clientes en su uso de la plataforma de STAY así como la actualización de la información y el contenido que los hoteles quieren compartir con sus huéspedes.
Como miembro del equipo de Customer Success, trabajarás de la mano de los Account Managers con el fin de dar siempre la mejor atención a nuestros clientes. Trabajarás a turnos (mañana y tarde) y a partir de Octubre, nuestro equipo dará soporte 24/7 por lo que tu jornada será a turnos (mañana, tarde y noche).

¿Qué harás?
Durante los primeros meses, llevarás a cabo una inmersión progresiva dentro de la solución de STAY. Consideramos que esta fase inicial, de inmersión formativa, será la clave para poder desempeñar correctamente tu rol.
Una vez finalizado el proceso de formación, te encargarás de atender las dudas o incidencias que nuestros clientes nos reporten en su uso de la plataforma. Estas dudas podrán resolverse por escrito (gestión de tickets) y en un futuro cercano, a través de videollamadas a petición del cliente.
Te encargarás de cargar el contenido que los hoteles necesiten para comunicarse con sus huéspedes (cartas de restaurantes, mapas, etc).
También, atenderás el canal de chat dando respuesta de manera ágil y concisa.
La candidatura ideal …
Contará con una gran orientación al cliente.
Tendrá habilidades analíticas y mostrará una clara atención al detalle. Esto le permitirá entender correctamente la petición del cliente y proponerle la mejor solución.
Trabajará de manera autónoma y en equipo.
Conocerá el uso de Hubspot o plataformas similares de Ticketing.
Tendrá un buen nivel de inglés, aunque no es un requisito imprescindible.

Selección de candidaturas.
Entrevista con People, para asegurarnos de que la oportunidad encaja con tus expectativas, hay encaje cultural, y se cumplen los requisitos mínimos. También evaluaremos el nivel de inglés.
Realizarás una prueba sencilla, donde comenzarás a familiarizarte con la plataforma de STAY, con tareas similares a lo que sería tu día a día.
