Además, trabajará con nuestros clientes para asesorarlos de manera proactiva sobre cómo acelerar y mejorar el proceso de QEA.Principales responsabilidades:Liderar todo el STLC, estableciendo controles a lo largo de todo el ciclo de vida, desde el desarrollo hasta la UAT.Revisar los procesos de QA existentes, recomendar mejoras y definir acciones para implantarlos.Seguimiento de métricas del proceso, elaborando informes, gestionando dependencias, riesgos y bloqueos hasta su resolución.Definir la estructura de los equipos, liderar los procesos de selección y onboarding, gestionando posteriormente los recursos asignados.Presentación de informes a las partes interesadas del proyecto.Definir y compartir documentos clave del proceso de gestión de la calidad, como la estrategia global de pruebas, el plan de pruebas, informes de resultados, lecciones aprendidas y recomendaciones.Liderar y entregar soluciones de automatización de pruebas de última generación que tienen impacto en el incremento de la calidad de las entregas.Proporcionar soporte experto y formación a los miembros del equipo.Requisitos:Exitosa trayectoria como Test Manager / QA Lead con experiencia en gestión de equipos de más de 10 personas.Experiencia en Agile Testing.Experiencia en implantación y seguimiento de buenas prácticas en ingeniería de la calidad a lo largo de todo el ciclo de desarrollo: coding standards, code reviews, Continuous Testing.Experiencia en liderar equipos de Test Automation y NFT.Fuertes capacidades de comunicación y reporting.Emprendedor y gran capacidad de networking.Foco en excelencia operacional, responsable y orientado a resultados.Autodirigido, independiente y cómodo en entornos de trabajo de ritmo rápido, ambiguos y a menudo multidireccionales.Capacidad de trabajo en entornos multiculturales.
Buen nivel de inglés.Experiencia práctica en este entorno tecnológico:Experiencia en Xray y Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jenkins.Spring Boot / Angular.Pruebas sobre UI y API sobre una arquitectura de microservicios.BDD – Cucumber.Loadrunner / Gatling.
