We specialize in 3 domains: rental services, design as well as property investment, ensuring an all-in-one solution to our clients. Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Property Management and marketing executive to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the real estate and marketing.You will assist with various tasks related to the properties be involved in guests and clients management as well as activities related to properties investments projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist with Property Management: Support the Property Manager in day-to-day operations. Participate in property inspections and ensure compliance with property regulations. 2. Marketing activities: Manage the social media platforms Create communication supports as well as visuals for social media Participate in the creation of newsletters 2. Client Relations: Act as a point of contact for tenants and property owners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Assist in preparing and sending communications to clients, such as notices, newsletters, and updates. Conduct properties visits if needed and ensure the guests are always assisted. 3. Maintenance Coordination: Assist in scheduling and coordinating property maintenance and repair activities. Work with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.Track and report on maintenance requests and ensure they are resolved efficiently. 4. Administrative Support: Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, and answering phone calls. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed. Support the team with various ad-hoc projects and tasks in the investment department. Qualifications: Currently pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in english and spanish preferred Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
