We are looking for an Telesales Executives to contribute to generating sales for our Real Estate company.- You will be responsible contacting clients that have directly enquired to gauge their interest ad requirements.- An effective telesales executive must be an excellent communicator. They must be comfortable presenting property over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.**Responsibilities**:- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about property- Answer questions about properties enquired for- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and pass to sales team in the field- Enter and update customer information in the CRM system- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information**Requirements**:- Proven experience as Telesales executive or other customer service role- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone- Ability to learn about property and describe/explain them- Basic IT skills
