Your day at NTT DATA El Project Manager es un profesional responsable de liderar y dirigir proyectos de clientes.
Este rol puede estar involucrado en proyectos de gran escala supervisados por un Senior Project Manager o Program Manager.
La principal responsabilidad del Project Manager para clientes es interactuar con todas las partes interesadas en los proyectos para llevarlos desde el concepto original hasta la ejecución final, incluida la entrega a Operaciones (ya sea dentro de la organización o en las operaciones de apoyo del cliente).
What you'll be doing Responsabilidades Interactúa con los stakeholders para llevar los proyectos desde el concepto original hasta la ejecución final. Contribuye al proceso de preventa presentando propuestas. Garantiza que el proyecto ofrezca la solución vendida, se mantenga dentro del presupuesto de referencia y se entregue a tiempo, cumpliendo los criterios de calidad y manteniendo la satisfacción del cliente. Gestiona la satisfacción, el compromiso y las expectativas del cliente con altos niveles de servicio, gestionando adecuadamente las incidencias posibles. Gestiona todo el ciclo de vida del proyecto, garantizando que se cumplen los requisitos del cliente, se respetan los plazos y se logran los resultados previstos. Garantiza una planificación eficaz del proyecto, la gestión de los stakeholders, la coordinación del equipo, la reducción de los riesgos y la garantía de calidad. Conocimientos y habilidades Conocimientos pertinentes de Project Management, incluida la capacidad de planificar, organizar y ejecutar proyectos desde su inicio hasta su finalización. Capacidad para establecer relaciones sólidas con las partes interesadas internas y los clientes externos. Capacidad para gestionar la satisfacción, el compromiso y las expectativas de los clientes con altos niveles de servicio y gestionar adecuadamente las incidencias. Buenas dotes de comunicación escrita y verbal. Capacidad para trabajar en entornos de alta presión. Capacidad para gestionar simultáneamente tareas urgentes. Experiencia en relaciones con negocio, así como aptitudes comerciales. Apasionado, proactivo, independiente y comprometido con el éxito del proyecto. Capacidad de influencia, adoptando al mismo tiempo un enfoque de colaboración. Toma de decisiones y atención al detalle. Competente en la gestión de cambios en proyectos. Capacidad analítica y de resolución de problemas pertinentes para identificar y abordar las incidencias que puedan surgir durante la ejecución del proyecto. Requisitos Académicos y Certificaciones Grado Universitario / Máster Universitario o equivalente en la rama del Project Management o campo relacionado. Conocimientos en Agile Methodology. Deseable: Certificaciones relevantes de Project Management, preferiblemente PMP. Deseable: Certificación ITIL. Idiomas : Español: fluido. English: intermediate (nice to have). Experiencia : Experiencia preferiblemente en un entorno multinacional de servicios profesionales. Experiencia en trato con clientes. Conocimiento demostrado del ciclo de vida de los proyectos. Competencia demostrada en la gestión de cambios de proyectos. Experiencia en la gestión de expectativas a la hora de sopesar alternativas frente a limitaciones empresariales y financieras.
