Working from Spain.Working hours are based on the US EST Time zone (13h – 22h)Remote work 40% ( remote 2 days /week)What you will do Handle Collections/Credit Management inside the US OrganizationMaintain and enforce credit policies and proceduresAssist Credit Supervisor in managing credit insurance. Maintain local relationship maximize limit coverage and manage claimsAnalyze credit worthiness of new and existing customers. Establish credit limits and terms. Analyze customer's financial statements when availableProvide weekly updates on collection effortsAnalyze revenue cycle and identify opportunities to improve collection effortsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with RD's, General Managers, and Sales Departments to assist in collections.Assist Credit Supervisor in developing strategies and goals to reduce expose to write-offs.Assist with selecting and managing the relationship of third-party collection agenciesReviewing, preparing, and analyzing A/R aging reportsWork with internal divisions/departments as neededWhat you need to succeed EXPERIENCE: 2 years of billing, finance, or other related experienceEDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or a related fieldKNOWLEDGESEnglish C1. Both verbal and writing skills.Professional proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelSKILLSCommunication: Oral & Written.
