We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Analyst to join our Finance team at Cosentino Group. As a Credit Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing guidance on credit risks related to lending programs involving significant amounts of money.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze credit data and financial information of customers, including payment records, income, and savings history.
- Handle collections and credit management within the US organization.
- Maintain and enforce credit policies and procedures.
- Assist the Credit Supervisor in managing credit insurance, maintaining local relationships, maximizing limit coverage, and managing claims.
- Analyze the creditworthiness of new and existing customers, establish credit limits and terms, and analyze customers' financial statements when available.
- Provide weekly updates on collection efforts.
- Analyze the revenue cycle and identify opportunities to improve collection efforts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with RDs, General Managers, and Sales Departments to assist in collections.
- Assist the Credit Supervisor in developing strategies and goals to reduce exposure to write-offs.
- Assist with selecting and managing the relationship with third-party collection agencies.
- Review, prepare, and analyze A/R aging reports.
- Work with internal divisions/departments as needed.
- 2 years of experience in billing, finance, or a related field.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- English C1 proficiency in both verbal and written skills.
- Professional proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
