As a Communication & Content Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand's communication and content strategies. What you'll get to do
Contribute to and execute communication strategies aligned with brand goals and objectives, developing compelling PR materials such as press releases, campaign content kits, and brand presentations.
Support managing all aspects of the planning, coordination and communication for events and other activations.
Identify new plus grow existing advocacy; building a strategy that identifies the right mix of community/makeup/ fragrance influence to drive awareness, brand love and conversion.
In collaboration with the team build a squad of global Influencers (considering full sphere, from Macro, Mid-tier, Micro, Nano, MUA, TikTok and KOLs) who will create content on an on-going basis, working collaboratively with local markets to achieve this.
Help to create and manage a global content calendar for both the makeup line and private fragrance collections, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with relevant campaigns, seasonalities, and product launches.
Together with the team ideate, produce and postproduce compelling, high-quality content ideas (including copy, visuals, and videos) that resonate with target audiences across channels.
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and platform updates related to organic and paid social activations.

Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the beauty industry.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. Digital marketing knowledge is preferred.
Languages: Native or Full proficiency in English and Spanish.

Extensive experience across Content Creation and Influencer Marketing within the beauty sector.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Innovative thinker and creatively driven.
Self-motivated, action-oriented, and ambitious with a positive "can-do" attitude.
A keen interest in all things beauty and an avid follower of relevant news and trends.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to perform under pressure, tolerance for ambiguity, and readiness to adapt to changing priorities dynamically.
Specific Knowledge Required:
Strong experience driving the creative/content briefing process.
Shooting and editing skills for content creation.
Experience creating brand content, leading user-generated content, and running campaigns is a must.
