Job Function:As a key player in our Marketing team, you'll have the exciting responsibility of contributing to the execution of our 5-year Business Strategic Review (BSR) and annual profit plans. Your focus will be on the effective management of the CT product portfolio, ensuring market leadership, and supporting the broader Marketing and Sales organization. You'll play a pivotal role in encouraging growth in the CT segment throughout the EMEA region. Reporting Structure:Reports to: CT/LIC Segment Director EMEAImmediate Supervisor: PPG Automotive Refinish Marketing Director EMEAResponsibilities:Lead and manage identified projects aimed at enhancing PPG sales, market participation, and competitive leadership in the CT segment. Collaborate closely with the CT & LIC Segment Director to lead specific product projects on a yearly basis, expanding across EMEA regions. Provide insights and guidance on the CT Portfolio to Regional CT Product Managers, ensuring optimal performance, system economics, and profitability. Engage in idea generation, voice of customer analysis, competitor monitoring, and benchmarking to drive product development. Create compelling business cases and collect market data to support decision-making processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project tracking, gatekeeper process preparation, and PRC processes. Track, analyze, and report on key metrics for product launch, identifying improvement opportunities. Collaborate with the EMEA EHS Team to understand and address future legislation impacts on product specifications. Act as the face of product management CT for regional teams, ensuring seamless communication and interaction. Requirements:5 to 7 years of marketing, technical or sales experience in the Commercial Transport industry. High project management capability. Strong customer focus. Advanced communication and relationship skills. Willingness to travel and work within a European team of professionals. Eagerness to learn about the selling process in the CT business. Fluent in English; a second language is desirable.
